T​HE CONSULTATION PROCESS

Before having hair extensions fitted, you will need to have a free consultation. These can be done at the same time of fitting as long as we have your colour in stock. Our thorough, personal consultation process normally takes approximately half an hour, and offers you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and for us to discuss your requirements. For us at The Extensionist it is really important to really listen to what your hair dreams are in order to make them come true.

​The consultation is completely obligation free and completely free of charge. If you decide that you would like to proceed with the hair extensions, a non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your appointment and hand-pick hair for you (see Price Guide for further details). This does not necessarily need to be paid on the day of the consultation. Deposits can be paid over the phone.

- Explain to you the whole process of having hair extensions including the application technique, types of hair, hair safety, home care, maintenance appointments, removal and reapplication as well as
- Giving you the chance to have some test strands applied to see how they feel
- Colour match your hair. You may also choose additional colours for highlights or lowlights
- See and feel different hair samples
- Advise you on the most suitable options for your requirements
